Truagh Spirits Wise and Well Social Club is an award-winning community initiative dedicated to enhancing the lives of older individuals through social connection and well-being. We organize coffee mornings, day trips, seasonal celebrations such as Easter and Christmas parties, and various activities designed to foster friendship, inclusion, and joy. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where members can stay active, share experiences, and build lasting memories.

In addition to social evets , we also offer opportunities for members to upskill in areas such as using a laptop or smartphone, helping then stay connected and confident on the digital world.

Whether it’s a fun-filled excursion , a festive gathering, or simply a chance to catch up over a cup of tea, Wise and Well is all about brining people together and ensuring that no one feels alone.  Our goal is to create a welcoming space where members can stay active, share experiences and build lasting memories.
