Meals on Wheels

Our freshly prepared Meals on Wheels service provides nutritious, home-cooked meals to individuals in North Monaghan and South Tyrone. We are committed to supporting independent living by delivering fresh, wholesome meals directly to your door.

We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, ensuring access to delicious and balanced meals throughout the week. Each meal costs €8 (including delivery), always featuring potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a nutritious protein.

More than just a meal, our service offers a friendly face and a regular check-in, helping to reduce isolation and ensure well-being.  Whether you need short-term support or ongoing assistance, we do not operate a waiting list and are here to help.
